To get your birds used to Wisbroek Lory Powder, we recommend first mixing it with water and making a thick porridge of it. Another possibility is to sprinkle the powder on fresh fruit.
Next to the porridge or fruit, place a bowl with the dry Lory Powder, so the birds can start eating it.
After about a week, the porridge or fruit can be gradually reduced until the birds have completely switched to the dry diet.
• Wisbroek Lory Powder can be fed ad libitum.
• Always provide fresh drinking water. Initially, keep water and powder close together; after acclimatisation, place them further apart to prevent powder from contaminating the water.
