• Allow this mixture to rest for three minutes, after three minutes stir it well once more.
• You will see that the nectar becomes nicely homogeneous and takes on a jelly-like appearance. Freshly made nectar has a shelf life of 12 hours. Make a fresh batch every day. In warm and sunny weather, do not hang the nectar directly in the sun. One kilo of nectar provides 6.7 liters of nutrition.
